Molly Bremner

With the pace of life growing ever quicker, many people find themselves feeling lost or overwhelmed. Whether we are struggling to understand our own emotions, or how to shape a life that feels gratifying and safe, it can be challenging to move through uncertainty on our own. In therapy, we aim to understand the complexities of our experience and begin to shift the patterns that cause unnecessary suffering, making us feel stuck.

As a therapist, I look to support you in recognizing your own clarity, insight, and strength. I believe that a solid connection is fundamental for effective treatment, which is why I prioritize a good relational fit. My approach to treatment is empathetic, patient, curious, and open. Together, we can create a space necessary for you to discover yourself more deeply, and find the path to the changes you want in your life.

I offer working expertise in early childhood trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and grief. My work is informed by psychodynamic, relational, and existential frameworks and is grounded in mindfulness, meditation, and somatic therapeutic techniques. I will work with you to figure out which tools and practices best suit your needs. I am currently a doctoral candidate of clinical psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Registered Psychological Associate (License Number 94028716).

mahip rathore

Mahip Rathore, PhD. is a meditation teacher and therapist in Santa Barbara. He grew up in central India, and practiced law before transitioning to psychology. He wrote a thesis on cultivating wisdom by coping with life difficulties, and a dissertation on the impact of meta-cognitive aspects of mindfulness on self-transcendence. He is passionate about teaching the application of mindfulness into daily life to alleviate human suffering.

Mahip enjoys integrating an open, non-directive, empathic person-centered approach with mindfulness-based techniques. He likes to explore one's sense of self using a psychodynamic lens, in a space of unconditional positive regard, and offer ways of loosening one’s attachment with the self and self-centric narratives or tendencies.

Danielle Di Benedetto

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a space to understand the complexities of who you are and what brings you to the session room. My aim as a psychotherapist is to provide a uniquely honest and secure environment to support your sense of meaning and creativity amongst life's challenges. I see psychotherapy as both an art and science that is best fostered through building trust between clinician and patient.

My work is suited for individuals who are seeking meaning, relational change, and intimacy with life. I especially work with concerns related to depression and anxiety, grief, mood and personality disorders, sexuality, gender and identity, spirituality, creativity, and generational trauma.

My practice is informed by psychoanalytic, decolonial, existential, and humanistic frameworks. I am a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology completing my dissertation in pursuit of licensure as a clinical psychologist.
